      Step Expected Result
      Login with catalog-user-no-workflow User is successfully logged in 
      Navigate to Catalog > Select Kind = Template > Verify that the workflow is available in the catalog   Workflow should be present in the All Templates table 
      Select the workflow from the table > Select Launch Template > Attempt to run the workflow The template should fail to run with an unauthorized error
