What were you trying to do that didn't work?
GNOME Settings shows System -> Registration module that proposes to register system to Red Hat but it doesn't work anyway.
What is the impact of this issue to you?
GNOME Settings module is visible and broken
Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:
gnome-settings-daemon-47.2-5.el10.x86_64.rpm
gnome-session-46.0-9.el10.x86_64.rpm
How reproducible is this bug?:
Every time
Steps to reproduce
- Go to GNOME Settings -> System -> Registration
- Try to register system
Expected results
I expect to not see this module at all because it's not possible to register CS10 system anyway.
Actual results
Registration fails (see screenshot).
Both gnome-settings-daemon and gnome-session should be updated to remove this module if %centos macro is defined.
