Investigate the possibility and hopefully implement having all systemd upstream tests packaged in an rpm. This will save a lot of time building from source, which can take a long time when ran on slow HW.

Goal

• As a RHIVOS QE I would like to have an rpm with all upstream systemd tests so we save time on building the systemd source rpm every time we need to run the upstream tests

Acceptance criteria

• All upstream tests can be executed from files in a systemd-tests rpm
