Cleaning: Py2 + IPU 7 7 -> 8 + deprecated functionality

      • archive the last commit in rhel-7 branch (or similar suitable name)
      • drop CI/CD for el-7 & stop building in rhel-7* chroots in COPR
        • keep rhel-7* chroot copr as it is for now, we will drop it later
      • remove el7toel8 leapp repository
      • remove code referring to IPU 7 -> 8
      • drop RHEL-ALT related stuff if present
      • drop deprecated stuff

    • Leapp: 9.7 & 10.1

      Development for RHEL 7 is ending. Actually, it already ended, but we are still keeping a compatibility and CI/CD with RHEL 7 content for now. We are going to drop everything related to RHEL 7 to make our lives easier. With this change, we will also drop all deprecated functionality that's still present in the code.
