      Goal

      • As an OpenShift cluster admin, I want my cluster to support both el9-based nodes and el10-based nodes, using el10-based CNV userspace, without harming my running CNV virtual machines.
      • The CNV team would like to ensure that these userspace and kernel combination are supported and tested by RHEL VIRT:
        • (u=9, k=9) <-> (u=9, k=10) - during upgrade (also mentioned in the upgrade ticket from which this one was cloned)
        • (u=9, k=10) -> (u=10, k=10) - during upgrade (also mentioned in the upgrade ticket from which this one was cloned)
        • (u=10, k=9) <-> (u=10, k=10) - continuously

      The requirement here is for the RHEL Virt level to test the above combinations in order to validate and approve it at the RHEL Virt level
