The rebase to 0^20240726.g57a21d2, RHEL-52638, unfortunately introduced an issue that was just reported upstream, https://github.com/containers/podman/issues/23517. This causes occasional hangs with TCP transfers on loopback connections, especially visible if the receiver is somewhat slower than the sender.

This is fixed upstream now and given that upstream changes compared to passt-0^20240726.g57a21d2 are very limited, let's just do another rebase instead of backporting that single patch, so that we don't have to carry an additional patch downstream.
