      Description of problem:
The installer adds mcelog on unsupported AMD systems. It fails in systemd instead of handling the problem correctly.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
      Not applicable.

      How reproducible:
Easily reproducible, if you have the hardware.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Install Red Hat Enterprise Linux on a newer AMD System (for me specifically, I'm on a 7950x).
      2. Upon installation, run systemctl status mcelog.

      Actual results:
Notice that the status is failed.

      Expected results:
Notice that the status is exited silently, or that the installer adds the installer instead loads the edac_mce_amd module module on boot.

      Additional info:
I also noticed a other bug the same as mine was closed a few year or two ago for Fedora was closed for "NOTABUG", which is a bit confusing. The installer, shouldn't be installing, services that should be failing, out of box, right? Seems like a bug to me. If this truly isn't a bug, clarification would be appreciated for why it does fail out of box.

Also, I was running this within Hyper-V on Windows, in case that was related to the problem, but seeing other bug reports, it seems not.
