What were you trying to do that didn't work?

souphttpclientsink and souphttpsrc elements are missing from the soup plugin.  Running gstreamer tutorials failed with:

ERROR: from element /GstPlayBin:playbin0/GstURIDecodeBin:uridecodebin0: No URI handler implemented for "https".

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

gstreamer1-plugins-good-1.22.1-2.el9.src.rpm
