      Goal

      As a cluster administrator, I want to use an existing shared block device accessible to all nodes in the cluster (e.g., a LUN in a SAN) as backing storage to enable volume provisioning through the CSI plugin, so that cluster tenants can consume that storage capacity using standard Kubernetes storage management APIs.
