By default, sos report uses podman container runtime to collect container information.

However, OVN-Kubernetes containers are run using CRIO, so if we are still triggering openshift_ovn module from detecting OVN-Kubernetes containers, we must force to use crio to query the containers.

An alternative would be to use other detection mechanism, but it might be not that easy to look for a good candidate.
