Steps to Reproduce:

1. remove the <version> from https://github.com/jboss-integration/bxms-qe-tests/blob/RHPAM_7.23.0.Final-redhat-00002-brew_2019-07-03-06.46.20/scripts/maven-repo-validation-smoke/RHPAM/pom.xml#L573 / L585 / L591 / L597
2. disable all repositories except Central and use offline maven repository ZIP from product build like it's explained here https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_jboss_bpm_suite/6.0/html/installation_guide/using_the_jboss_integration_maven_repository_local_access
3. run `mvn clean install`

The newly added KIE SpringBoot artifacts are missing from BOM which means users have to specify the version for this component explicitely in their POMs:
