CE build alignment for EAP-based OpenShift images in RHDM

Description

    Kie images that extend jboss-eap-7/eap71 should be refactored to align their build image.yamls to match that of jboss-eap-7/eap71-openshift .

    Many of the image envs, module installs, package installs, and artifacts are duplicated across all the Kie images, when really they should inherit the reusable ones in cct_modules just like jboss-eap-7/eap71-openshift does.
