An exception occurs when creating a new space

When you are in the list of projects and you click on 'Spaces' and quickly click 'Add Space', the following exception occurs:
"Unable to complete your request. The following exception occurred: An error occurred while invoking getElement. This interface should only be extended by @Templated beans and cannot be invoked before a bean is in service"
(see attached screenshot). Unfortunately, this is an issue for our tests as the 'Add Space' is clicked before the existing spaces are loaded and so the exception appears.
