Improve service discovery/wiring to allow defining the order of alternative services

At the moment if you have 2 or more different implementations of a service on the classpath, the service discovery/wiring mechanism randomly chooses one of them (the one that comes first in the classpath). It is required to provide a way to explicitly configure a priority among these services.
