KIE-Server restarts on OpenShift when doing a deployment from Business Central

    Description

      When you do a deployment from Business Central to a KIE-Server running on OpenShift ... KIE-Server does a new rollout .... The reason for this seems to be that from version 7.4, the KIE-Server Configuration is stored in a ConfigMap. Whenever that ConfigMap changes, KIE-Server re-deploys.

      THIS IS A REALLY BAD BEHAVIOR

      Absolutely not compatible with the product architecture and expected user experience.

      CHANGE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
