Epic Goal

• The existing AI software template currently only supports creating resources, e.g. deploy sample applications and models, in the same cluster as the RHDH cluster. 

Why is this important?

• A typical enterprise customer may want to create those resources outside of the RHDH cluster so that they can easier to manage their AI resources as well as providing data separation.

Scenarios

1. When going through the AI software template to deploy sample application and/or model server, a configuration will be added to allow user to input remote cluster information, including credentials on the remote cluster for the application and model server deployments.
2. If the user do not input the remote cluster information, the resources will be deployed to the same cluster as the RHDH cluster as before.
