Release Enablement for MCP Tool Plugins

      Task Description (Required)

      For any new plugins created as part of RHDHPAI-1015, we will need to do the following:

      1) Add new entries to the rhdh plugin overlays repo: https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugin-export-overlays 
       
          * Under the appropriate workspace, mcp-integrations for downstream, or the community plugins workspace for upstream

      2) Add new marketplace entries for the plugin(s). See https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh/pull/3510 for how we added marketplace entries in 1.8
