      Description of problem:

      The Sealights scanning process is currently not covering the dynamic-plugins directory in the RHDH Hub. This is due to the Containerfile.sealights not being updated to include this directory during the scan.
As a result, important code may be excluded from the coverage analysis, leading to inaccurate reporting and potential quality gaps.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Trigger a Sealights scan using the current Containerfile.sealights.
2. Observe that the dynamic-plugins directory is not included in the scan.

      Actual results:

      dynamic-plugins is missing from the scan output.

      Expected results:

      Sealights should include the dynamic-plugins directory in the scanning process.
