Description of problem:

Bulk Import: runtime error on click of Preview on add page in localhost/dev mode

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run Bulk import plugin - Install and configure - in RHDH plugins repo (https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugins/tree/main/workspaces/bulk-import)
2. Click on Nav `Bulk Import`
3. Click on Add
4. From repository table select the repository
5. Click on preview (can see the runtime error in localhost for first time / won't be visible for prod)

Actual results:

Gets runtime error as shown in screenshot

Expected results:

No runitme error should be there

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Only once
