After upgrading from OSP 1.16 to 1.17, we  have observed some changes with buildah cluster task available in 1.16 vs buildah task available with 1.17, Like addition of new parameter "BUILD_ARGS".

These changes were not mentioned in any release notes, making difficult to for customers upgrading to take note of it.
