Bug 2051321 Grafana UI link is removed from Monitoring -> Dashboards page since 4.8

view the logging dashboard from Monitoring → Dashboards page and select the logging dashboard

from 4.8, Grafana UI link is removed from Monitoring → Dashboards page

The two notes in the page are wrong, and should be updated
1. For more detailed data, click the Grafana UI link in a dashboard to launch the Grafana dashboard. Grafana is shipped with OpenShift cluster monitoring.
2. For more detailed data, click the Grafana UI link to launch the Grafana dashboard.

Suggestions for improvement:
login grafana via

1. oc -n openshift-monitoring get routes | grep grafana

or view the logging dashboard from Monitoring → Dashboards page and select the logging dashboard
