The outputDefaults examples are wrong, when applying the example. It raise an error
The ClusterLogForwarder "instance" is invalid: spec.outputDefaults: Invalid value: "array": spec.outputDefaults in body must be of type object: "array".

The line - elasticsearch: has just to be replaced with elasticsearch: in the docs.(Replace the - with space)
