dayle.parker and nowens@redhat.com pointed out to me that there are 2 areas where the 'Insights' brand is still being referenced in the Help panel (we should be either referencing RHEL or Red Hat Lightspeed' spending on the situation). We are seeing this surface in these two areas:

1. When drilled into the Insights/Lightspeed bundle, the All/BundleName filter toggles should say 'All' and 'RHEL' not 'All' and 'Insights'.
2. The bundle labels in the Learn tab results reference 'Insights', but it should be referencing 'RHEL' instead. We did notice that the learning resources YAML sources still allow 'Insights' as an input – could this be related to this? See this example here.
