Update the description of the RHEL Viewer RBAC role from:

Grants read-only access to RHEL Insights. Users can view system configs, compliance reports, inventory data, patch info, vulnerabilities and more to observe the state of resources/activities, but can’t perform actions other than generating activation keys.

To:

Grants read-only access to Red Hat Lightspeed for RHEL. Users can view system configs, compliance reports, inventory data, patch info, vulnerabilities and more to observe the state of resources/activities, but can’t perform actions other than generating activation keys.

This case is not specifically called out in the audit doc, so I'm using my best judgment. I'm also refraining from changing any of the non-display role names to minimize the risk of breakage.

I'll create a separate task for releasing rbac-config.
