Deploy the dynamic version of the Status Red Hat plugin to stage/prod InScope - to accomplish this, we will need to:

1. Create a release on the appdev-platform repo for the status plugin - this will involve reaching out to devs on their team for help with GitLab accesses (reference channel is #forum-xe-compass)
2. Reference the release tarball in InScope
