During the PMR of #itn-2025-00051 it was discussed that we should be calling out the positives that happened during the event.

One suggestion was that we should consider including a section similar to "Lessons Learned" from the google SRE handbook https://sre.google/sre-book/example-postmortem/ .

In this example template you'll see "What went well" / "What went wrong" / "Where we got lucky". 

Could it please be reviewed if these are things we can have added to our PMR templates generated by WebRCA?
