I encounter an issue during local development, while the Chrome browser's inspector window is open. The page hangs whenever I update code locally and the page refreshes.

When this happens, I see API cert failures (below) in the inspector's navigation window.

I can only proceed after closing the inspector window. Or, opening a new incognito window.
This just started happening on Aug 28. However, I can reproduce this every time.

Note that this only with the stage env.
Developing locally with the prod env seems ok.
I've also disabled all my Chrome browser extensions.

UPDATE: I sometimes encounter the failure while navigating between apps (e.g., HCS) and Cost pages.
No code change necessary, just have the inspector window open
