As a developer I should be able to do the coding of notifications drawer in notifications application and consume it in chrome via module federation.

Notification drawer panel (the content, not the drawer itself) is to be extracted from chrome. We will have to expose the subscription mechanism of passing WS events to modules rather than directly consuming them from Chrome.
