MSK Prod is up now, but needs ACLs in place before we can start using it. Some information in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eEHN8StmOv55d3Yr3vdl9pyQJNoS0fWoIYWcR9zFsvY/edit but there's historically been a bit of fiddling required with what actual ACLs are needed on the cluster, so it'll be a bit of "we'll do it live"
