Acceptance criteria:

• the container image is built using RHTAP
• the container image passes enterprise contract validation
• the container image is released to managed workspace quay repository
• PR checks are run using RHTAP (including bonfire run in the ephemeral environment)
• the released images are used for deployment
• the security-compliance build pipeline (used for FedRAMP) is migrated to Konflux
