As a tenant engineer, I want to emit logs from my services in the ephemeral environments so I can verify the logs are being exported as expected and be able to view logs as needed.

Confirming a few things:

1. What is the purpose of the engineers making the request (confirm connections to logging, or active review of logs during dev in ephemeral)
2. What is the impact of this on service teams without a solution.
3. Which teams are requesting it?
4. Is this a one-time verification check needed by the teams? Or do you want to view logs historically?
5. What are some solutions we can do to solve for this?
   • Connect to existing cloud watch and how to handle creds/connections
   • Create separate instances of cloudwatch and store creds in
