Description

blacklist.txt file in BRMS 6.3 to 6.4 patch zip bundle contains file SecurityPolicy/Security.policy. It should be SecurityPolicy/security.policy. There's already fix for this on master, I'll cherrypick it.

The 6.3-to-6.4 branch should be checked if it doesn't miss any other commit that is on master. It was originally probably created from 6.2-to-6.3 branch, however it should be created from master.
