Business-central cluster does not synchronize kdeployments

Description of problem:
Having a Business-central cluster with 2 nodes, synchronization of deployment units does not work. A repository has been cloned successfully to both nodes, but deployment unit has been created only on one of them. However, system.git on both nodes contained appropriate deployment descriptor.
The deployment unit has been created via REST, but I managed to reproduce it locally also via GUI.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. configure a Business-central cluster with 2 EAP 6.1.1 nodes
2. clone some repository a project that can be deployed
3. build the project - the deployment unit has been created only on the node where you built it.
