Include a DSLR wizard to create written rules

Description of problem:

A BUsiness Analyst can only create a Guided Rule to develop a Rule using DSL. In previous versions of Drools there was an option to create a written Rule (DRL File) using DSL, however it isn't available anymore. There was a check box available in the DRL file wizard to activate the DSL usage.

1.Create a new DSL file (a valid one)
2.Create a new DRL file
3.Use the DSL in the DRL file

Actual results:

It isn't able to recognize the DSL syntax.
Expected results:

A valid rule should be create.
