Configurable Workbench: Grid system warning message disappears too fast

Description of problem:
When incorrect value is inserted into grid system input, warning message is diplayed. However it disappears too fast and user is not able to read it all.

BRMS 6.1.0.ER4.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the plugin management perspective. (Extensions -> Plugin management).
2. Create perspective layout plugin. (New... -> New Perspective Layout)
3. Insert some incorrect value into one of grid system inputs. (for example "12a")
4. Grab the move icon.

Actual results:
Warning message disappears too fast.

Expected results:
Warning message is shorter or disappears after longer timeout.
