[QA](6.4.z) Start/stop container buttons are in wrong state after Process Configuration change

      Create container
      Click stop button
      Perform Process Configuration change using business-central UI
      Verify the container state:
      GET http://localhost:8280/kie-server/services/rest/server/containers/NAME
      You will see that status is STARTED
      You will also see that START button is still enabled - it shouldn't, as the container is started after the change already
      Press START button
      This will result in exception "container already exists"

    Description

      START/STOP buttons are in wrong state (enabled vs disabled) after Process Configuration change.

      If you update any value on Process Configuration screen for stopped container and press save button then container is started in Kie server, however Start button for container is still active, Stop button is inactive.
