Description of problem: Options not localized in the Project Authoring from the top navigation bar.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Authoring -> Project Authoring from the top navigation bar.
2. Click on Repository Structure under Repository.
3. Click on edit of any module.
4. Click on the drop down appear named 'Project Settings'

Actual results: 'Persistence Settings' and 'Persistence descriptor' titles have not been localised.
Expected results: Should be localised.
