Allow developers to see the status of their ServiceMonitor

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

One of our customer  would like to allow developers to see the status of their ServiceMonitor.As a developer having access to a single namespace (e.g. "example-project-dev", role "edit", no cluster-wide permissions) cu would like to be able to see the status of their ServiceMonitors, so cu can tell if the UWM Prometheus can actually scrape the metrics or not.

Cu propose to include a view in the developer perspective of the openshift console in which the developers can see the status of their servicemonitor. maybe it's even possible to include this information inside the ServiceMonitor CRD as a status field.
