Aggregate Cluster Utilization Dashboard: Quick Insights into Worker Node Resources.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

One of our customer would like to have a unique source to visualize, in a dashboard, "how full is the cluster" : so, basically the aggregate resource dashboard to quickly understand the usage of worker nodes, but not one at a time like the one provide by default Dashboards.
