1. Proposed title of this feature request
Provision to set fluend "chunkLimitSize" in ClusterLogForwarder or to limit the size of limit the size of one payload send to external forwarder.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
We have option to set fluend "chunkLimitSize" globally but it will be good to tune fluentd to send the data in smaller chunks only to the external forwarder.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
When the amount of Logs that need to be forwarded is high, the chucks of data that are send over to the external ES is getting too big for it to handle.
