Description
1. Proposed title of this feature request
Rest API for getting the current available OpenShift Patch / Bug Fix Updates and corresponding open advisory infos
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
CU have a company patching reporting to customers, which checks and reports, which paches are installed on the systems and which paches are missing. Currently this is based for OpenShift 3.11 on RHEL and Red Hat Satellite. With OpenShift this report does not work anymore, since CoreOS is used and the report can´t be generated anymore.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Report compliance of OpenShift 4 with basic security requirements to the customer
4. List any affected packages or components.

Detailed Usecase from Customer:
The Use case is, that we have a company patching reporting, which checks, which paches are installed on the systems and which paches are missing. Therefore they connect to Red Hat satellite and count the delay between the patches for RHEL systems - for eg.
latest patch with severity high published by Red Hat january, 1st 2022
system xyz -> has this patch not applied untill now - therefore the report counts (today - january, 1st 2022 = 33 days) -> the report would show, that the system is missing severity high patches older then 30 days, for system, which need to have all patches with severity high applyied older then 30 days.
Currently for RHEL dis is done by Satellite and works, for OpenShift we are missing a possibility to get this info via automation and are looking for an api.
