List valid image tags in pipeline task menue

Description

As a user,

when i want to create a new pipeline task, I want to select the container image from a drop-down menu of all valid selections, instead of a free field which is error prone.

Acceptance Criteria

1. images and tags are provided as drop-down menu in the create pipeline task wizard
