Ability to export logs from Kibana

Ability to export logs from Kibana for given search

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
There is currently no usable way to export logs for terminated pods

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Analyzing logs from the nodes and applications for a given time range which are not running anymore. Customer would like to provide an better way to export and provide data in internal environment and to Red Hat support cases. After a restart of a OpenShift node all local logs are flushed and not part of a `sosreport`, due to the high amount of logs in Elasticsearch there is no easy way for the customer to provide logs to Red Hat.
