select: clicking on the bottom part of the input does not trigger onclick event

      Hide
      1. deploy metamer and open http://127.0.0.1:8080/metamer/faces/components/richSelect/simple.xhtml
      2. set @onclick to alert('clicked')
      3. click somewhere in the bottom of the select input – when the cursor is default and not text
        • expected: select popup displayed, alert displayed
        • have: select popup displayed, alert not displayed

      Description

      Created from RF-13946.

      When you click on the bottom part of the rich:select component (approximately 1/3 of the component height), the "onclick" event is not triggered.
