Update the Eclipse code style configuration and add a code style configuration for other IDE's

The current Eclipse code style is set for 3 space indents and start brackets on a new line. The current source tree seems to have more lines with 4 spaces and start brackets at the end of the line. The code style should be updated, which can be imported, to reflect this.

We should also at least add an IDEA code style. Possibly a NetBeans one as well if it can be easily done.
