Normalize zip file sizes on resteasy.github.io

Some of the zip file sizes on resteasy.github.io are given in megabytes (MBs) and some are given in mebibytes (MiBs) (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mebibyte). They should all be expressed on the same scale, which will be MBs.
