Do not explicitly export MP Rest Client module from resteasy-jaxrs module

    Description

      Currently, the resteasy-jaxrs module explicitly exports the org.eclipse.microprofile.restclient module. This shouldn't be the case, other modules (resteasy-cdi) needing that should also declare the dependency.
