ResourceInfoInjectionTest freeze with newest Undertow.

• ResourceInfoInjectionTest uses ResourceInfoInjectionResource end-point.
• ResourceInfoInjectionResource end-point uses ServletInputStream and custom ReadListener class. ReadListener calls read() without calling isReady().
• But according to this Stuart's comment, calling read() without calling isReady is illegal.
