    Description

      This is a follow-up of https://issues.jboss.org/browse/RESTEASY-1627 to check if we can have a general solution for dealing with HEAD requests the same way across all supported server/adapters. See Ron's comments on https://github.com/resteasy/Resteasy/pull/1115 .
