ServerConnectionOpenListener should be handling inability to create SaslServer as authentication failure.

    Description

      At the moment failure to create the SaslServer instance is causing termination of the connection instead of falling back to the remaining available mechanisms.

      These kind of failures could be triggered by transient situations such as a KDC being unavailable.
